Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Add items to your Shopping Cart that you wish to buy from Organic-Vida.com, and click the Checkout link located at the top right corner of every page, or if you are viewing your Shopping Cart click the Checkout button at the bottom of your cart. If you have previously ordered from Organic-Vida.com then we already have your billing information and you can click the Sign In button on the page following the Shopping Cart. If you would like to create an account so your information will be there the next time, click on the Create an Account button. If you would like to checkout without creating an account, click on the Checkout button at the bottom of the page. Please review the shipping information to make sure that it is correct. To edit your address click on the Change Address button below your shipping address, otherwise you can click on the Continue button at the bottom of the screen. Also review the billing information on the following screen. Select your payment option, and then click Continue.
The following page will give you a chance to verify and/or change the details of your order before it is placed. Click Confirm Order to submit your payment information. If you choose Paypal you can sign in, create an account or pay without an account. To pay without an account, click on the Continue link in the center of the PayPal screen, and then enter your payment details on the secured site. Click Review Order and Continue at the bottom of the page. On the following screen you can finalize your purchase.
What are my payment options?
You may pay using any major credit card, or by using your Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. Credit card, or Paypal statements, will show the payee as Organic Vida Group
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Kentucky (6%).
Shipping
When does my order ship?
Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order was received. Worms are only shipped out on Mondays, to ensure live delivery. Composters are normally shipped within 72 hours. If an item is on back order you will be notified via e-mail.
When will my order arrive?
Normally orders will arrive in 2-7 working days, depending on delivery state.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, but deliver times are usually a little longer than normal.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the US (including Hawaii & Alaska) .
How is shipping calculated?
We calculate shipping based on actual rates from Fedex and UPS.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Fedex or UPS. From time to time we may need to use a substitute carrier of comparable quality.
What if I need my order right away?
As well as standard shipping we also offer various expedited services, which you can select at checkout. Please note processing will still take 1 business day. Orders received after 4pm CST will not be processed until the next business day.
Will the items on my order ship together or separately?
In order to offer our customers the widest and most unique selection, some items may ship separately. You will not be billed for each shipment – only one shipping charge will be added.
Order Tracking
How do I check the status of my order?
There are two options to track your order:
- Your order can be tracked on our website, in your account.
- Through the relevant shipping company website, once we send you a tracking number.
If you did not set up an account you may only use the second option. You will also be kept up to date by email from our admin department.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with changes or cancellations to your order so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is already in processing, before you notify us, no changes can be made.
What if my order is undeliverable?
If our shipping agent is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any reshipping fees charged by our agents to redeliver the package.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online.
I am a vendor. How do I submit my products for consideration?

Why should I setup an account?
If you do not have an account you can create one by clicking 'My Account' and following the create account link.
It's fast, simple and an added convenience when shopping with Organic-Vida.com, since it allows you to keep all of your billing and shipping information securely saved in one place.
Being registered will also speed up the checkout process for future purchases. After you register, you can review the status of all pending orders for your account. Why enter in your information over and over again? It's just one more way to make your shopping experience effortless.
What if I forget my password?
Go to the login page and click on 'forgotten your password?' Follow the on screen prompts to generate a new password. You will be able to change this once you log back into your account, if you desire.
Can I save items in my Shopping Cart and continue shopping later?
Yes, you can save the items in your Shopping Cart by signing in if you are not already. The cart’s contents will be there when you log back in. If you do not have an account you can create one by clicking 'My Account' and following the create account link.
Is there a Wish List feature?
Yes. Once you log into your account you may add items to a wishlist. You mail also email your wishlist to friends, and email product descriptions to friends too!
Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our admin department for further instructions on return procedure and acquiring a return confirmation number. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. We will accept returns on products up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT WORMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages, and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages. Returns must be received by us in as new and re-saleable condition, and in the original, un-opened packaging.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming your credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Returns will incur a re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the order price or $50, whichever is lower, to cover our re-stocking & handling costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if I got my order but items are damaged or there are other issues?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there are any damages please notify us through our CONTACT FORM at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered, giving full details of the problem. A customer-care representative will help you file a claim with the carrier if needed. Organic-Vida.com will pay for return shipping on any item that was delivered in error, or has a manufacturing defect.

Are online transactions on your site secure?
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. In addition, our payment site is tested and certified daily to pass the HACKER SAFE Security Scan. Research indicates that sites remotely scanned for known vulnerabilities on a daily basis, such as those earning HACKER SAFE certification, prevent over 99% of hacker crime.
How do you use my contact information?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
